We recently hosted a drop-in event in Ponders End at the local Working Men’s Club to meet our new and future customers in the area. District heating is new for many people, so we like to get out and chat about it with the most important people for our business – our customers.
As part of our pilot retrofit projects, we invited over 60 local residents to join us for a cuppa and a chat. Our aim was to provide residents with a better understanding of Energetik as their new heat supplier, allow them to try out the smart meter and to demonstrate how it can help them manage their energy use better and save money.
