If you are an Energetik customer, you can manage your account online and contact our customer services team by clicking the ‘My account’ icon at the top of the page and logging in.

Customers can phone us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to top up your account and for customer services relating to any problems with the supply of heating to your home.
For all other queries, we are available on the phone between 8am and 6pm Monday – Friday and Saturday between 9am and 1pm.
