Community heat networks are now recognised as one of the best ways to meet our growing energy needs. At the same time, they help to reduce carbon emissions and have lots of added benefits. energetik has been set up by Enfield Council to supply better value energy that’s reliable and environmentally friendly: not just for now, but for many years to come.

Building our heat network is a major infrastructure project for North London, with an ambition to grow over many decades. We will connect at least 15,000 homes in the next 30 years, and by doing so reduce emissions and improve our customers’ well-being.

This is just the beginning. We want to revolutionise the local energy market by expanding even further, with capacity to supply 30,000 homes and businesses so they can benefit too.
