Arnos Grove heat network
- Energetik’s first heat network: in operation since October 2017
- The Arnos Grove heat network starts on the former Ladderswood estate, Montmorency Park
- 517 new homes connected by 2020
- Energy Centre: Gas-fired Combined Heat and Power (CHP) generating heat and electricity
- Central shared gas boilers for back-up
- Hotel and retail space
- Potential to supply at least 1,500 more homes (or equivalent demand from commercial buildings)
- All homes have Smart Meters for heating, helping residents control their energy use and how much they spend.
