Ponders End heat network: Electric Quarter
- The new development at Electric Quarter will be connected to the Ponders End heat network
- 167 homes connected from 2017
- Temporary Energy Centre: central shared gas-fired boilers, until the homes are connected to the Alma Road heat network main Energy Centre at the Alma Road development.
- All homes will have Smart Meters for heating, helping residents control their energy use and how much they spend.
